Permission to store and process building plans

This permission covers building plans, if Petersen and Sons later invites you to send them. You cannot submit a document through this form, and granting this permission sends nothing anywhere today.

Treat storage as permanent. A plan set you send is kept in Petersen and Sons' private storage. This application has no delete operation, and Petersen and Sons does not remove stored documents — so nobody here can take one back out for you, and nothing here promises that anyone will.

The content goes to a third party. The drawings and the text on them, not merely the file name, are sent outside Petersen and Sons to a third-party artificial-intelligence provider, which processes the document on its own systems in order to analyse it.

Please confirm you are entitled to send it. Plan sets are usually drawn by an architect or an engineer rather than by the builder who submits them, and the title block on the drawings often restricts their use to the single residence they were drawn for. By granting this permission you confirm that you are entitled to submit the document and to have it processed as described above. If you are not certain, do not grant this permission — ask the architect first.

This permission is yours, not Petersen's. Petersen and Sons has its own separate approval to complete before any real plan is sent to the provider, and your agreement here does not satisfy it.

Email about changes, delays, and work status

Petersen and Sons may email you at the address you give here about changes, delays, and the status of work.

This permission stands alone. Agreeing to the terms does not consent to email, and consenting to email does not consent to text messages. Each is asked for separately and recorded separately.

Nothing will be sent to this address now. The address is not verified, and this application has no way to send mail. If email is ever connected, Petersen and Sons would verify the address first, and a person would decide to send each message — nothing sends by itself.

You can ask Petersen and Sons to stop at any time, and that applies to every channel you have opted in to.

Text messages about changes, delays, and work status

Petersen and Sons may send text messages to the mobile number you give here about changes, delays, and the status of work. This is not marketing and it is not a recurring campaign. Message frequency varies: a message is sent only when something about your own jobs changes. Message and data rates may apply.

This permission stands alone. Consenting to text messages does not consent to email, and agreeing to the terms does not consent to either. Each is asked for separately and recorded separately.

Nothing will be sent to this number now. The number is not verified, and no message will be sent to it until it is.

How you stop them. You can tell Petersen and Sons to stop at any time and by any means — a reply, a phone call, an email — and that applies to every channel you have opted in to. Being plain about what does not exist yet: this application can neither send nor receive text messages today, and it has no automatic STOP or HELP handling. Petersen and Sons will not text this number until automatic STOP and HELP replies work, so that stopping never depends on a person happening to read your message.
